Not at all. All of our saunas are prefabricated and can be assembled in 30-60 minutes using only basic tools.
Is the sauna well insulated and waterproof?
Yes. Each unit is tightly sealed and provides excellent insulation. Outdoor models are waterproof and weatherproof, protecting against rain, sun, and snow.
Is the structure stable? Will it wobble when you sit in it?
Our saunas feature reinforced frames, sturdy wall panels, and secure joints. When assembled correctly, they are very stable and will not wobble during use.
How do I care for and clean my sauna?
After each use, simply wipe the interior with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals—mild soap and water will suffice. After a sauna session, leave the door slightly open to allow moisture to escape.
What power supply does the sauna require? Can it be plugged directly into a wall outlet?
Most of our indoor, single-person saunas use standard 120V and can be plugged into a regular household outlet. Some larger or outdoor models may require 220-240V—please check the product specifications for specific power requirements.
What are the health benefits of using a sauna?
Regular sauna use can help relieve muscle soreness and joint stiffness, improve circulation, promote detoxification, promote relaxation, moisturize the skin, and even improve sleep quality.

Very impressed with this one person sauna! Highlights: It's 120v, it's very easy to build and it has a very small footprint. It took 2 adults about 20 minutes to put together. No tools needed. The speakers are loud! And they still play music even when the heater is off, which lends to nice ambient music if desired (with the door open). It heated from 80 degrees to 140 degrees (max) in about 20 minutes. Great value, would buy again.
It's super easy to assemble. Fits anywhere, easy to move, works just like the one at the gym, Bluetooth is actually decent quality. Also it fits me over 6'4 and 300 lbs I have been back and forth on those cheap plastic zip up saunas and a real ones for about 3 months. I finally bit the bullet and after a lot off research I chose this one: def more expensive than the cheap plastic ones but worth every penny you get the real sauna experience and smell of wood instead of cheap plastic. 145 degrees is more than enough.
I'm really impressed with this sauna in every way so far. Everything came in one box, wet well packaged and nothing was damaged. Once I had all of the pieces out it took me about 15 minutes to put it together by myself. Extremely simple. Works great so far. I'm a bigger guy, 6'3" 260 lbs and I fit in it no problem. Got up to 140 in about 10 minutes and I sat in it for 30 and I was drenched coming out. Had no issues with Bluetooth etc either. Very good bang for your buck. I would highly recommend.
My sauna arrived in 2 large boxes well packaged. No damage noted and exactly what I ordered. I assemble the sauna myself and it took me about 1 hr. Easy to assemble watching video and has complete sauna booklet too. Very easy to operate and easy to play music via Bluetooth. I love it
So far, I'm loving the sauna. The communication from the seller was excellent. The shipping company they used was also very professional and went as far as dropping the three boxes that the sonic came in into my backyard for me so that it was close to where I needed to set it up. Overall, the set up process was very simple. It took me a couple hours to put together, and I really only needed assistance getting the walls on as well as the roof. The seller reached out to me after delivery was made to make sure everything arrived in good condition. I recommend using this company and product. I've only had the sauna for a couple days now but so far I'm very pleased with it.
Best thing we've purchased in a long time!! When we received the package and opened it up, we couldn't believe how well packed it was. When we put it together, it was super easy. The instructions were very clear and easy. The pieces were surprisingly light weight. One person could have easily lifted all the pieces, but is definitely a two person job (primarily for more ease and stability in putting the sauna together). Once we built it, I was so impressed, the quality and especially the smell...which I love!!!! The look of the sauna is very rich looking. Was surprised how easy it was to hookup and just plug it in and you're one the way. Well worth it. Only downside, the sauna is only 5' tall so you're very tall, you might a bit claustrophobic.
This little sauna is perfect!! It took me under 30 mins to assemble by myself and try out. It came to temp at 140 F within 15 mins in a cool garage. I sat in it and it was exactly what I had hoped. All pieces came in perfect shape and it arrived a week earlier than estimated. Whoohoo! I would recommend it!!
Beautiful! So I ordered it on August 26th I'm in Southwest Florida and they said it would be here between September 5-10, yesterday on the 29th I get a phone call from the driver and he was outside with my new sauna! So today I unpacked it and put it together by myself in 45 minutes, very simple. I plugged it in immediately had music playing from my Apple Music. It heated right up to 140 in 20 minutes. I put it in the corner of my home gym and it looks amazing!
My sauna was delivered today in good shape, no damages. I was able to unbox it and put it together myself. I am a 44-year-old female, 5' 125lbs and it was not a problem at all! I purchased a 2 Person sauna from OUTEXER. This company makes a great product for a great price. Everyone from outexer's customer service department was very professional and knowledgeable. The shipping company they used to deliver the sauna contacted me to schedule a delivery time the day before they delivered it the next day. They were very professional and courteous as well. It came in 3 boxes secured to a pallet. l was able to put it together in about 1 hours with help from a friend. She was a big help as I have back and neck problems. Tested it out to make sure everything worked properly. Everything did. I have been enjoying using the sauna almost every day. It really helps soothe my aches and pains, relax tight muscles, get a real serious sweat to rid the body of toxins. My mom really likes to use it as well. I would highly recommend this product and company.
I've been using my niece's infrared sauna for years. I'd call her 30 minutes in advance, and she'd turn on the sauna so it would be hot enough when I arrived, but I work a lot of hours, and my niece is busy with kids'games, etc., so it was inconvenient for both of us. I started pricing infrared saunas and reading reviews without much hope of finding a good one within my price range. I was looking for something affordable with low EMF. This sauna is $1199, and that's doable. I was prepared for 3 boxes that might not arrive at the same time or within the predicted one week and might have broken components. I'm super happy that all boxes arrived on time with nothing broken. It was easy to assemble! I'm a mechanically-challenged, small-framed, older woman, and assembly usually takes me a while, even with directions. I carried one piece at a time from the garage to the guest bedroom; the door was heavy and slow-going, but I managed.

I surprised my husband with this gift. At first he seemed a bit overwhelmed..the box is about 200lbs and very well put together. However he and our son put it together within a few hours. Very easy to assemble and wiring instructions are super clear. Fits in our barndominium perfectly and will be a great add to our getaway and relax home. Heats up in about 20-30 minutes to 140, easy to connect to bluetooth for music. The IR heating technology works great.
One of the best purchases I have made. Had been looking at this particular model for a couple months and based on reviews decided to purchase. I have used it everyday and sometimes twice. I try to do 30 minutes at a time and I must say it gets very hot especially right after a workout the last 10 minutes it very tough. You can open the door for a few seconds to get a little relief. I am 5'9 about 175 and its very comfortable. If you are 6 ft or taller this model is probably to snug. You will probably need to separately purchase a backrest for more comfort. If you are thinking about purchasing a sauna, this is the one for you.
This is our second infrared sauna. The first one was a well known brand that cost over 8K. It was larger because he had more space in our previous home. We needed something to fit the small space in our fitness room that we have in our new home. The dimensions for this one worked perfectly! I was concerned it would be too small & uncomfortable, but it isn't. My husband and son are both right at 6 ft tall & 200 lbs & they fit perfectly. It warms up to 140 degrees quite fast, within 15 minutes. We work up a great sweat in it. I can't speak on the infrared technology because I don't know enough about it to compare, but we are definitely sweating. Extremely pleased with the great value of this sauna.
